We are delighted to announce that Sarah Metcalfe has joined us at The George as our new Head Chef.
Sarah grew up less than five miles from The George and over the last twelve years has gained a
reputation as an excellent Dales chef. Sarah will be concentrating on locally sourced ingredients,
fresh to table dishes, maintaining our reputation for pies, whilst extending our menu to include a
variety of excellent traditional dishes and unique and innovative specials.
